Tables and chairs can be ordered through rental companies. Tables typically are $12 each and chairs are $7 each. Rental items are billed separately. If providing your own dinnerware a charge of $1.00 per person will be added for disposal and handling of china to be returned. Two Gals is not responsible for damage to linens or any rented china you have personally rented.

SERVICE PERSONNEL

1.

Wait Staff service begins at time of arrival.

2.

Dinner service typically lasts 45 minutes to one hour, dependent upon guest count.

3.

You are responsible for all charges incurred due to delay in time.

4.

Servers are $15.00 per hour per wait staff (minimum of 3 hours).

5.

Two Gals is responsible for food and food service only.

6.

If additional service is needed and additional charge may be added, it is your responsibility to notify us of all services and we are not obligated to any contract unless written consent is given.

7.

Service will be billed after the event, not before.

BEVERAGES/DESSERTS

1.

A beverage is one (1) choice (cold/hot), and additional fee is charged if more than one beverage is requested. Additional beverages are $2.00 per person.

2.

All desserts unless otherwise stated are: $2.00 per person additional.

3.

All champagne/bar glasses will be provided upon request at an additional charge.

MISCELLANEOUS

1.

A minimum of 30 people is required for all events.

2.

An additional fee may be charged if mileage is outside of the Hbg/Hershey area.

3.

Two Gals is not responsible for trash removal. There is a Cake Cutting Fee of $25.00.

4.

You will receive a draft bill for deposit purposes only.

5.

Final payment is due upon receipt of services via Cash, Mastercard, Visa or PA personal check.

6.

All prices are subject to 6% PA state sales tax and a 17% service charge.

7.

All deliveries/pick-up are subject to a $50.00 fee.

8.

All cancellations must be within 2 weeks of booking the event to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

9.

A 30 day cancellation is required and ½ of the deposit will be returned if cancelled within the first 30 days of booking, otherwise all deposits are non-refundable.

10.

All weddings and banquets are required to give a deposit of no less than 1/3 of the food and service cost.

11.

All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 bank processing fee.

12.

All Prices are subject to change due to availability or market costs.

13.

Due to liability, no remaining food will be left. A final count of guests attending is required no later than 1 week prior to your event.
